Tofu Molds
Recommended: Handwash with warm water and mild soap recommended. Let dry before re-assembling. Limit microwave usage.
While more gentle treatment is recommended to maintain the quality of your ceramic pieces for many decades to come, they are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. Not stovetop safe.
Organic Cheese cloth
Wash with mild soap before first use. Rinse immediately after use to remove food particles. Wash with mild soap or boil to sanitize, and hang to air dry completely before storing for reuse.
Organic Soybeans
Transfer to an airtight container upon receipt and store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness and quality.
Liquid Nigari
Store upright at room temperature away from direct sunlight. If your nigari begins to crystallize, please contact us.
